Public Works Department

ADMINISTRATION

This division includes an Associate Management Analyst and one Administrative Secretary. The associate management analyst assumes a variety of administrative duties for the director, as well as providing administrative support to other division supervisors and serves as the department’s public information officer.

The office staff provides all clerical support for the entire department, as well as assumes the duty of answering snow removal complaints; functions as recording secretary for any meetings regarding public works contracts; maintains extensive contact with contractors during summer months; serves as liaison between public and staff members; and processes the department hiring and personnel records.
