South Lake Tahoe City Address Listings
The City of South Lake Tahoe passed Measure Q which provides for a .5% sales tax increase (from 7.25 to 7.75%) effective April 1, 2005. In order to determine if a purchase is subject to this city tax increment, please check the following listings:
To assist you in locating an address, open the document and click on the ‘Search’ button on the toolbar inside the Acrobat Reader window. Type a partial or complete address into the search box and press the ‘Enter’ key on your keyboard. If the search yields too many entries, click the ‘New Search’ button and type a little more of the address. If the street name or complete address appears in the ‘Results’ box, click on it to be located to that line in the report. If the address appears the report, the higher tax rate applies. Please note, some addresses could be spelled with different variations like “Blvd” or “Bl” for Boulevard, so it’s best to experiment with different variations based on the actual street name (for example: search for Lake Tahoe, not Lake Tahoe Blvd) or try searching by street number (1001 instead of Ski Run).
Please note: Some parcels in this listing are missing addresses. Therefore, these listings will not provide a completely reliable reference. City of South Lake Tahoe staff are working on updating missing addresses and updated listings will be posted periodically.
