Duties and Qualifications:
Hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official in the application and interpretation of the Building and related codes adopted by the City Council. The Board shall have no administrative authority, nor shall it be entitled to waive provisions of the Code in making a decision on appeal.
